Child Policy:

The standard rooms are too small for children to share with parents. The Triple room is the only option
Children between 5 to 11 years pay half price when sharing with parents in Triple room or Campsite.

Individual & Group bookings:

Provisional bookings will be held on an auto-expiry date indicated on your booking doc
Confirmed bookings must be paid 30 days before stay date
Full payment must be received before guests stay

Cancelation policy on confirmed bookings:

• 30 - 25 days before arrival: 25% CXD fees
• 24 - 21 days before arrival: 50% CXD fees
• 20 - 05 days before arrival: 75% CXD fees
• 05 - 01 days before arrival: 90% CXD fees
• 5 - 1 days before arrival/no show: 100% CXD Fees

Cancelation fees will only be waived under the following circumstances:

Force Majeure situation or official lockdown by Government
Medical reasons stipulated by a medical certificate

Invoices must be settled in full for the amount stipulated on the invoice
Transaction fees are for the bearer/depositor's account
